Petition to stop Patcham Court farm being developed as a delivery office for the Royal Mail

Fight the proposed Royal Mail delivery office in Vale Avenue

The Royal Mail and the Council want to relocate two delivery offices based in Brighton and Hove to Patcham Court Farm.

We are against this for 8 reasons:

  1. Entrance from Vale Avenue
  2. Huge rise in 24-hour traffic
  3. Huge rise in HGV lorries
  4. Huge rise in on-road parking
  5. Huge rise in traffic congestion
  6. Huge rise in pollution
  7. Likely to be insufficient on-site parking
  8. No on-site customer service

Please sign our petition below to stop this deal between the Council and the Royal Mail.

Petition to stop Patcham Court Farm being developed as a delivery office for the Royal Mail

I agree that the land that used to be Patcham Court Farm in Vale Avenue, Patcham, should not be developed as a delivery office for the Royal Mail for the following reasons:  The entrance will be from Vale Avenue ensuring a huge rise in 24-hour traffic; a huge rise in HGV lorries; a huge rise in on-road parking in north Patcham due to insufficient on-site parking; a huge rise in traffic congestion; and a huge rise in pollution.
